If you haven’t noticed it yet, we are seeing the evolution of call center industries in various parts of the world, particularly in India and the Philippines. While you may ask why call centers are placed there since they normally use VoIP anyway, the real benefit is lower and competitive rates as far as overhead costs are concerned.
Unlike in the early years of its implementation, VoIP has gained significant improvement through the years. No longer do you have to make do with erratic communication lines. The improvement for it has really been something to look forward to.
