There has been many a controversy concerning the seemingly magic thingy you plug into your USB port to get onto the internet with easy VoIP but many people are complaining about the gadget that has brought VoIP to the rest of the world. As it turns out, there are some real issues that the company who released the product has to answer to such as complaints of shoddy customer support and many other support issues. On the other hand, analysis of the customer base the gadget has shows they are more or less from the retiree group to seniors who were swayed to buy the dongle that seemingly allows them to make clear, crisp and cheap calls to anywhere using VoIP over the internet to make and receive calls. These old folks may not always be the best people for such technicalities that support and installation of such computer products may require. There may even be a real issue of these very people who are complaining to not even know the true definition of VoIP or the other technical issues associated with VoIP that may be more suited for the younger generation.
